community needs assessment

Every three years, Community Council of Greater Dallas conducts a comprehensive community needs assessment of Dallas County. Produced in collaboration with Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation (PCCI), the assessment identifies what programs and services are most needed and guides the development of the organization's strategic plan, goals, and outcomes.
